Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to monitor your package in real-time.
What is the return policy for nutrition products?
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns for products that are delivered damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please initiate a request within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I verify the authenticity of my product?
Every AS-IT-IS product comes with a unique QR code or scratch-off authentication code. You can verify this on our official website or via the app to ensure 100% purity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled directly through the 'My Orders' section as long as the status has not changed to 'Shipped'.
